Rehabilitation Services, St. Charles  is located in the Delnor-Community Medical Park  at 964 North Fifth Avenue, Building C in St. Charles. The facility houses the only comprehensive outpatient Neurological Program in the Central Fox Valley. In addition, orthopedic physical therapy, occupational therapy and hand therapy are also available. This site is conveniently east of the Fox River.

Rehabilitation Services, Health & Wellness Center, Geneva

Our state-of-the-art facility within the Delnor Health & Wellness Center on the hospital campus is designed and equipped for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports injury disorders. The facility also provides a comprehensive workplace program that covers all aspects of worker injury management and prevention.
Aquatic physical therapy and specialty exercise classes are available in both the warm water and lap pools.
In addition, rehabilitation patients and their therapists have easy access to the center's exercise areas and strengthening equipment.
