• The Aftercare Program. Aftercare assists patients in their transition from therapy to independence through a program of strengthening and conditioning at the Delnor-Community Health & Wellness Center.

• Orthokids Aquatic Exercise Class. Using a group setting, Orthokids provides treatment for neuromuscular and developmental disorders in a warm water pool.

• Senior Vitality. Seated and low impact exercise classes designed to help seniors gain strength and improve their range of motion, balance and posture.
