Delnor’s Center for Diabetes Management is a leader in the treatment of diabetes.  We combine the latest technology and information with an integrated, multi-disciplinary team approach.  It is a unique state-of-the-art program that can help individuals with diabete s live rich, full lives with surprisingly few restrictions.

The program offered by the Delnor Center for Diabetes Management has been Recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education.*  The staff makes it a top priority to stay up to date on the most current treatment guidelines and technology, giving individuals with diabetes every option possible in managing their diabetes.

The Diabetes Education Team

Delnor’s diabetes education team is comprised of registered nurses and registered dietitians who are certified by the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators.  Our staff does include Spanish-speaking educators.  The educators work closely with your physician to develop a program to meet the goal of maintaining a full, healthy lifestyle.
