Registration for this class will begin Friday, April 9
Learn about physical and emotional changes during pregnancy, labor and birth; as well as labor support techniques, relaxation, breathing strategies, comfort measures, medication and anesthesia options during labor. Bring two pillows and a blanket. This class should be taken in or near the 7th month of pregnancy. Tour included.
