Our home-like private LDR rooms provide the best possible environment in which to bring your baby into the world.  Everything in our LDR rooms was designed with your comfort in mind, including pulsating double shower heads, TV with DVD, CD/cassette player, and a comfortable lounger for your support person.

This cozy environment also serves as a fully-equipped delivery room, complete with a fetal monitor, a suspended mirror so that you can watch your baby enter the world if you choose, and a warming unit so that your new baby can stay in the room with you.

Mother/Baby Unit

You are surrounded by beautifully appointed decor with a large window that allows sunlight to stream into your room.  You have everything you need including internet access, a large TV with built-in DVD/VCR, and a fully stocked pantry just down the hall.  Too warm or a bit chilly, then adjust your private climate control to your own comfort level.

When it's time to freshen up, you step into a luxurious bathroom.  The walls are covered in a warm, textured tile.  There is a wood shelving cove for all your toiletries and above the sink is a large mirror framed with lights.  Then you spot the shower and now you know you are in for a treat because it is equipped with a multi-head shower that will soothe and rejuvenate your muscles.

You probably think you are in some upscale hotel on a little mini vacation, but you are not.  That's because you have just given birth to your baby in the NewLife Maternity Center. But go ahead and pretend you are being pampered at a hotel; that's exactly the way we want you to feel.  You deserve it.

Other Facility Features

The NewLife Maternity Center also offers a large, welcoming reception area and a sun-drenched garden room; both ideal places for family and friends to gather.  Off the reception area is a large education room where the majority of childbirth and child care classes are offered.  There is also an outpatient lactation room for private counseling and nursing.  And when those hunger pangs strike there are several complimentary snack areas where your family can grab a snack and beverage.

Forget Something?

In the excitement of going into labor, new parents sometimes forget to pack the little things, like toiletries.  Don't worry.  Each NewLife Maternity patient receives a reusable tote with a full array of toiletries inside, including Bath & Body Works shampoo and conditioner, soap and body lotion, as well as a razor and shaving foam, two toothbrushes, a comb, a duel folding brush/mirror and an emery board.

Parking Privileges

NewLife Maternity Center patients and their families can take advantage of special parking spots right outside the north entrance of the hospital.  The spots are specially marked and may be used throughout your stay with us in NewLife.
