All diet plans are individualized. We take into consideration your lifestyle and food preferences to help create an effective, yet realistic, plan for you.
Consultation sessions are tailored to meet your needs. How to plan appropriate meals, modify recipes, and improve choices when grocery shopping or dining out are discussed. Spouses or other household members that may share in the grocery shopping or cooking are welcome to attend your nutrition session(s) .
Nutrition information provided is based on current research and in compliance with major health organizations recommendations.
Learn more about healthy eating, diets for weight loss/gain, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, vegetarian, allergies or other special dietary needs.
When necessary, we may collaborate with your physician to enhance total medical care.
Specialized Medical Nutrition Therapy at Delnor
As part of its commitment to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care, Delnor also offers nutrition therapy services as part of its Cardiac Rehabilitation program and Diabetes Education.
