Healthgrades -- Outstanding Patient Experience Award

Delnor is among the top hospitals in the nation for patient experience according to an analysis of patient surveys from hospitals across the country by HealthGrades, the leading independent healthcare ratings organization.

Based on the findings, Delnor  received the 2010/2011 HealthGrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award^TM. The hospital is one of  only eight recipients in Illinois to receive the award two years in a row.

"There are a select group of hospitals that have made a top-to-bottom commitment to providing their patients with an outstanding patient experience as part of their overall commitment to quality," said Rick May, MD, a HealthGrades vice president.
