Nursing Resource Team
- The Nursing Resource Team at Delnor Hospital is our float pool - Currently there are two float pools * Nursing Resource Team * The experienced float pool (EFP) * Both float pools cover staffing needs of the entire hospital on all shifts, every day - Includes registered nurses and patient care technicians (PCTs) - Completion of new graduate program - Float within the three medical-surgical units - Holiday rotation - Full benefits based on status hours of 20 or more per week
Experienced Float Pool
- Minimum two years nursing experience - Opportunity to float to: * Medical-surgical * Intensive care unit (ICU) * Pediatrics * Intermediate medical care unit (IMCU) * NewLife Maternity Center (NLMC) * Same Day Surgery (SDS) * Emergency Department * Outpatient infusion (OPIC) * Overflow staffing for high census days - Current BLS and ACLS certifications - Medical/surgical RN certification - Holiday rotation - Pay differential - Full benefits based on status hours of 20 or more per week
Registry Program
- Offered on medical-surgical units and specialty units and Nursing Resource Team - Commitment of 48 hours per month - CPR certification and any required certification for specialty units - One summer and one winter holiday rotation per year - Benefits include: * Charge differential * Shift differential * Holiday differential * Weekend differential * Continuing education * Retirement plan if appropriate * Employee referral/recruitment bonus * Applicable bonus programs
